My husband found this delicious dressing at the grocery store, but it got discontinued. Since we like it so much, I tried to re-create it and this recipe comes closest to it. We like to eat it with mixed greens with some cut tomatoes, avocado, or cucumber, as well as mixed nuts. Hope you enjoy!
- 2 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
- 2-3 tbsp Reduced sodium soy sauce (add more if you like it more savory)
- 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Ginger
Put everything in a blender and blend. You can keep this in a jar or glass bottle in the fridge.
Before serving, add a clover of minced garlic and mix into the dressing.
